Jaycie has a vast working experience of 32 years in various industries. After graduating, she started her career as a Quality Manager in an Electronics company. During her employment, Jaycie was tasked to enforce and control ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 system in Auto Mount Department.
In 2006, Jaycie moved on to work for PT. Toyoplas Manufacturing Indonesia. There she was a Deputy General Manager. Her job scope includes, overseeing the whole QA function from Incoming, Process Control, Process Buy-off, Measurement and Test, Outgoing and customer satisfaction. She was also involved in company ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO / TS 16949 as Management Representative. She assisted the company to generate quality management system manual for the company base on ISO 9001 and ISO / TS 16949 standards.
Throughout her career, Jaycie seeks for self-improvement and obtained Professional Lead Assessor Certificate from Neville Clark for – OHSAS18001:2007 and ISO9001:2008 International Standards.
